virtual personal TRAINING

A live video training session is a personal training session via a live real time feed. Joe will be there to direct you on real time sets, tempo, form and feedback throughout a 1 hour session. Kicking off with an initial consultation with a live online face-to-face conversation, discussing your goals, objectives, advice and his approach to lifestyle coaching.

Online Training is available through a variety of packages that all include -


- 12 weeks of individually tailored, planned progressive training programs
- 1/2/3 Live weekly video personal training sessions depending on the package
- 12 weeks of dietary advice, monitoring and recommendations (macronutrients included on request)
- 24/7 advice, support, motivation and accountability
- Weekly updated structured sessions / New sessions
- Modifications may include: exercise, weight, reps, sets, tempo, training systems, advance training systems
- Video tutorial of exercises as required

Personal training

Many people use Personal 1-2-1 training as this keeps them accountable, allowing them to achieve their goals faster and more efficiently. Personal training allows you to get outside into a new environment where you will have more training options available, such as pad-work (boxing) or partner exercises. It will also allow Joe to have a full 360 view of your form, alignment and movement patterns to help reduce the risk of injury and strengthen the body depending on your specific goals.
